Not every order turns out to be a smooth transaction, so we’ll do our best to make sure any mistakes or issues on our end get sorted out for you. Here is our straight-forward refund policy
Refunds and Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Acceptable return scenarios are listed below
How it works
- Email returns@spruecity.com with the order number, items to be returned, and the reason for the return.
- Once the return is accepted, logistical details will be emailed to you in response.
- Box the kits in the original packaging
- When the return is received and inspected, you will be notified with the results
- If the return is all as expected, the refund will be dispersed to the original payment method.
Return Scenarios
- Product received does not match product ordered
- Condition of product received does not meet the described condition. For example, if a kit with an “A” or “S” condition is ordered, but the box has a dent in it, this qualifies
Other return scenarios will be considered at Sprue City’s discretion. Most reasonable scenarios will be accepted, but we aren’t a large outfit and can’t yet afford to accept trivial returns such as a change of heart.
Return Conditions
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Therefore, we ask that you take responsibility for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the kits/items are more expensive, tracking is highly recommended.
Returned items’ condition and content must remain the same as they are sent. Kits with open runner packaging or damage that was not present upon initial delivery may be rejected
